We placed them on our VoIP platform, which provided them with the capability to make calls from office numbers via multiple methods. This included the use of any phone app, a PC app, or a desk phone. This meant that remote workers were able to do exactly what they needed to with ease.
Our VoIP system gave the ability for the admin to easily pull up call stats and recordings, view who is online and their current call status, and even see who is currently logged in so you can easily contact them.
