The Scenario
One of our clients came to us with an urgent issue. They were using outdated systems that had not been updated since 2015 and were still running Windows XP and 7. The company’s main problem was that they did not want to interrupt their current day-to-day work procedures by updating to Windows 10, so they came to us for a solution.
The Results
The client was very happy with the work we did on their machines and all of them were updated to Window 10. The client then took on a monthly support service with us to help them monitor the machine’s performance and update any software if necessary.
How AbrataTech Helped
We replaced 20 second-generation Intel processors with the 9th-generation i5 processor from Intel. We first replaced only 5 of them and then trained those 5 staff members on how to use the new version of Windows, for the purposes of their respective tasks, in accordance with their normal systems.
Once they became comfortable with the new system, we were able to switch over the remaining 15 processors in a very short timeframe and without any difficulty.
